2. Project description
This section will contain a description of the pilot/demonstration project objectives, as well as methods, means and appropriated technologies used. A description and a mapping of involved organizations will be included.
3. Scaling up opportunities.
This section will focus on the existing opportunities and barriers to scale up project objectives and benefits.
Besides following elements will be included:
-Evaluation, assessment and comparison of the project/model with other initiatives (local demand, cost-effectiveness, relevancy, replicability, economy of scale, etc..)
-Viability of the model for scaling up (local context is it favorable? whatpreconditions have to be created for scaling up? is it self-generates incomes? how the change could be legitimated? , etc.)
4. Scaling up implementation methodology
Final section will describe structural schemes and methodologies proposed (for starting or ongoing project) or carried out (for completed projects) to ease and achieve scaling up programs.
